This means you have to create a chain of folders inside the mod folder that follows where the original sound in game is located in Left 4 Dead 2's sound folder. You need to create a replica of the game files path. In this case, I just used "Interesting Sound Mod" Step 2: Rename the folder to whatever you want the name of the mod to be.
